Safety Guidelines

PathikGo is designed for bike and car rides where riders and drivers can see trip status, payment guidance, and support actions clearly. Safety depends on accurate information and responsible conduct from everyone.

For riders

• Confirm driver and vehicle details before starting the ride.
• Use the pickup code or in-app trip status when shown.
• Share trip details with a trusted contact when needed.
• Pay only the amount and method shown in the app.
• Report unsafe behavior, payment pressure, incorrect route, or vehicle mismatch through support.

For drivers

• Keep driver documents, vehicle details, and payout destination accurate.
• Start and complete rides only through the app flow.
• Collect cash only when the app says the rider is paying cash.
• For wallet, card, or UPI rides, do not collect cash from the rider. Driver earnings are handled by platform settlement.
• Follow traffic rules and keep rider communication professional.

Emergency support

If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. For PathikGo trip follow-up, email safety@pathikgo.com with ride details, route, time, and screenshots if available.

Account action

We may suspend accounts, block users, reject drivers, hold payouts, or escalate support tickets when safety or fraud concerns are detected.
